Not every component for a historical Bosch injection system remains available through normal supply channels. A professional overhaul does not end when worn components have been replaced.

The decisive question is how the injection pump operates under defined speed, load and control conditions. Final test-bench calibration is therefore an essential part of a complete injection-pump overhaul.

We use Bosch EPS test-bench technology and specially adapted test equipment for different pump sizes and configurations.

Following an engine overhaul, or when investigating uneven engine operation, it can be beneficial to assess the complete fuel injection set instead of inspecting only one individual component.
